Hello and welcome! (brief intro)
6:00am workouts
- strength/conditioning
- weighted squats, pull-ups, lunges, dead lifts, ab work
- 2-4 times a week
- sprints, long-distance, stadiums
- about one hour long
- this can be intimidating for some freshmen but the strength coaches are really great at working with you
8:00am - 12:00 Classes
- how you pick your classes
- academic advisors
1:00-2:00pm practice
- hour long practice
- sometimes double if you are on both rosters
- total time at the barn can be 2-3 hours
5:00 - athletic dining hall/ tutoring
